When you purchase the Likwid Virus II Sampling DVD, you are not obtaining ownership of the sounds - you are only purchasing a license to use the sounds within your musical compositions. Likwidz.com will always remain the owner of the sounds on the dvd.

- When I buy the Likwid Virus II Sampling DVD, how can I use the sounds on the discs?
You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You may also release such compositions commercially without payment or any further fees. You can not use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project for instance you can not use the sounds to make another sample library.

- I’m about to release my song on a record which includes sounds, do I need clearance?
No, see above. You do not need clearence, because once you buy Likwid Virus II you are licensed to use the sounds.

- Do I have to pay any other fees if I use these samples on my record?
No, your original purchase of the Likwid Virus II DVD is your only license fee.

- Is it OK to loan the discs from friends or colleagues to check them out -and if I use them in my composition, then buy my own personal copy?
No, this effectively voids the license agreement -you can not compensate this breach by buying your personal copy afterwards. If this were to be the case a person could have every library on the market copied -but only have to pay for a sample cd or dvd when the person have managed to use sounds from a sample cd or dvd- so no sorry this is not accepted.
